How cancellations and refunds work at Yaadtrip.

This policy explains your online cancellation window, refund handling, and support steps.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to bookings made through Yaadtrip Tours websites, booking forms, and supported payment flows for transfers and tours.

1. Online Cancellation Window

  • Each confirmed booking email includes a secure cancellation link.
  • Online cancellation is available up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time.
  • After that cutoff, the link may no longer cancel the booking automatically.

2. Refund Processing

  • For eligible cancellations made within the online window, Yaadtrip attempts a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Refund completion time depends on the payment provider and your bank/card issuer.
  • If automatic refund processing fails, support can assist with manual review.

3. Inside 24 Hours

Bookings inside 24 hours of pickup may not be cancellable online. Please contact support immediately so we can review available options based on dispatch status, driver assignment, and incurred trip costs.

4. No-Show and Late Arrival

If passengers do not arrive at pickup and cannot be reached within a reasonable wait period, the booking may be marked as no-show. Refund eligibility for no-show cases is limited and assessed case-by-case.

5. Booking Changes Instead of Cancellation

If you only need a new time/location, contact support as early as possible. We may be able to update your booking instead of cancelling, subject to availability and fare adjustments.

6. Tours and Transport Components

Tour bookings include base tour pricing and transport components. Cancellation handling may depend on total trip structure, provider requirements, and dispatch status at the time of your request.

7. Fraud and Security Checks

For security reasons, cancellation and refund requests may be validated against booking metadata, payment transaction references, and secure token checks.
