These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Yaadtrip Tours services, including transfers, tours, booking tools, payment flows, tracking tools, and support channels. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Yaadtrip provides private transportation and related trip services in Jamaica, including airport transfers, local rides, round-trip services, and tour transport.
2. Booking Accuracy
You must provide accurate booking details, including contact information, date/time, passenger count, and pickup/drop-off locations. We are not responsible for service issues caused by incorrect details submitted by the customer.
3. Pricing and Estimates
- Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Transport pricing uses route distance, service type, and selected vehicle class.
- Airport and key corridor minimums may apply for certain routes.
- Tour base prices are generally per person; transport is calculated separately from pickup location.
- Displayed prices are final customer totals unless a checkout page clearly says otherwise.
4. Payment and Booking Confirmation
Payments are processed through third-party providers such as PayPal. A booking is only confirmed after successful payment capture and internal payment validation. If capture data is missing, incomplete, or mismatched, booking confirmation may be delayed or rejected until resolved.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Online cancellation is available through the secure cancellation link in your confirmation email.
- Online cancellation closes 24 hours before scheduled pickup time.
- When cancelled within the online window, full refund processing is attempted to the original payment method.
- Inside 24 hours, online cancellation may be unavailable; contact support for assistance.
- Refund timing depends on payment-provider processing timelines.

6. No-Show and Late Arrival
If a passenger does not arrive at the pickup location and cannot be reached within a reasonable wait period, the trip may be marked as no-show. No-show outcomes may include full or partial fare retention based on route, dispatch, and incurred costs.
7. Booking Changes
Requests to change pickup, drop-off, time, passenger count, or service type should be sent as early as possible. Fare and vehicle availability may change based on updated details.
8. Vehicles, Capacity, and Luggage
Vehicle options are based on submitted passenger count and route data. You are responsible for selecting a vehicle that safely accommodates your group and luggage. If actual group or luggage exceeds selected capacity, reassignment or additional charges may apply where available.
9. Optional Add-Ons
Optional features such as Fast-Food Stop selections are offered on availability and route suitability. Add-on selections may affect detour time and final trip operations.
10. Delays and Force Majeure
Travel times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road incidents, public events, airline/port changes, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must follow lawful and reasonable safety instructions. Threatening, abusive, or unsafe conduct may result in service refusal or trip termination without refund where permitted by law.
12. Property and Liability
Passengers are responsible for personal belongings. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Yaadtrip is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any direct liability is limited to the fare paid for the affected booking.
13. Communications
By booking, you consent to receiving service communications by email, phone, WhatsApp, and related channels for confirmations, status updates, driver notices, cancellation notices, and support.
14. Data and Privacy
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and processed.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a revised date.
